Success 411 Terms of Service/Refunds/Cancellations

Success 411 is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital, hard goods, or subscriptions from Success 411 and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Goods:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. A refund or cancelation of a trial must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]
  2. The request for a refund must be made within 7 days after the first day of a six-week course and 2 days after the start date of a one-week course to be eligible for a refund.
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Success 411 within 30 days, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting [email protected] as directed in step 1.
  4. Hard good item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Success 411 sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:

  1. Items that are non-returnable will be stated at the time of purchase on www.success-411.com

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refunds/Cancelations must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]
  2. Subscriptions may not be refunded but if stated on the terms when purchased some subscriptions (if not a predetermined length of time) may be canceled before the following month and must be by written notice and sent in an email to [email protected] prior to the commencement of the following month.
