When is payment due?
Payment is due within 14 days of package selection. We accept checks, wire transfers, and credit cards.
What's included in the "Exhibit Booth" for Gold and Platinum sponsors?
Your booth includes a 10x10 space, table, two chairs, power outlet, and Wi-Fi access. You may bring promotional materials, product displays, and branded signage.
Setup begins at 7:00 AM on event day and should be complete by 9:00 AM. Breakfast networking starts at 9:00 AM and continues to 10:00 AM.
Can we upgrade our package after booking?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time before the event. Simply pay the difference between packages.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
60+ days before event: Full refund minus $250 processing fee
30-59 days: 25% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund, but you may transfer your sponsorship to another of our events
How will our branding/logo be displayed?
Your branding/logo appears on event signage, program materials, website, and all promotional emails sent to 10,000+ HR professionals and executive leadership.
High-resolution branding/logo required (vector format preferred) for optimal display quality.
Can we bring promotional materials and giveaways?
Absolutely! All sponsors can provide materials for attendee swag bags. Platinum and Gold sponsors with booths can distribute additional items at their exhibit space.
When will we receive the attendee list?
Sponsors receive the attendee list within 7 days after the event, including names, titles, companies, and email addresses (in compliance with privacy regulations).
Can we send multiple representatives from our company?
Yes! Platinum package includes 5 complimentary tickets, Gold includes 3, and Silver includes 2. Additional tickets available at $295 each.
Are there speaking opportunities beyond what's listed?
The Platinum package includes a 20-minute keynote slot. If you'd like additional speaking time, contact us about custom sponsorship packages.
