Affiliate Partner Terms
Last updated: [Month Day, Year]
1. Appointment
Success411 ("Company," "we," or "us") appoints you ("Affiliate," "you") as a non-exclusive affiliate marketing partner to promote the following products and services (the "Offerings"):
- The book "The Goal Behind the Goal"
- The companion Workbook
- The GoalFlow Coaching App
- The GoalFlow Voice App
- Speaking engagement bookings
- Corporate training engagements
- General admission coaching events
Company may add or remove Offerings from this list at its discretion, with notice posted on this page.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliate earns a commission of 20% of the net sale price (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds) on any Offering purchased by a customer through Affiliate's unique tracking link or referral code.
Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded sales, and only when the sale is reliably attributed to Affiliate's unique link or code through Company's tracking system.
Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates for future sales, with updated terms posted on this page. Rates already earned on completed sales will not be reduced retroactively.
3. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid 30 days after the date of each sale, provided the total owed meets the minimum payout threshold of $50. This 30-day window allows time for any refund request on that sale to be processed first.
If a sale is refunded within the 30-day window, no commission is owed on that sale. If a commission was already paid for a sale that is later refunded (for example, under a return policy with a longer window than 30 days), the amount will be deducted from Affiliate's next payment.
Payments are made via PayPal / Direct Deposit / Stripe. Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes owed on commissions earned.
4. Marketing Materials & Brand Guidelines
Company will provide Affiliate with approved marketing materials, including a unique tracking link, promotional copy, and creative assets. Affiliate agrees to:
- Use only Company-approved materials, or materials pre-approved in writing by Company
- Represent the Offerings accurately and avoid making claims about results, income, or outcomes beyond what Company has approved
- Comply with all applicable advertising laws, including FTC guidelines on affiliate and sponsored content disclosure (clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship in any post, email, or content promoting the Offerings)
- Refrain from bidding on Company's brand name or trademarked terms in paid search advertising without written permission
- Refrain from spamming, misleading advertising, or any promotional method that could damage Company's reputation
5. Term & Termination
This Agreement begins on the date you submit your affiliate application and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, with 14 days' written notice (email is sufficient).
Upon termination, Affiliate's tracking link will be deactivated, and Affiliate will be paid for all commissions earned prior to the termination date, subject to the standard payment schedule and refund window. Company may terminate immediately, without notice, if Affiliate violates Section 4 of this Agreement.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliate is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or joint venturer of Company. Affiliate is solely responsible for their own taxes and business expenses. This relationship is non-exclusive โ Affiliate may promote other companies' products, and Company may work with other affiliates.
7. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Company, including pricing structures, unpublished materials, or business strategy, and not to disclose such information to third parties without Company's written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrighted materials, and brand assets provided to Affiliate remain the sole property of Company. This Agreement grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely to promote the Offerings, ending immediately upon termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Company's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of commissions owed to Affiliate. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or Affiliate's promotional activities.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire understanding between the parties regarding this affiliate relationship and supersede any prior discussions. Company may update these terms from time to time; continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
